These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and Sukacuci88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Sukacuci88 website available at sukacuci88.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform. Continued use of the Services following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of Sukacuci88 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This minimum age is set in accordance with international gaming licence requirements applicable to casino-style gambling. Sukacuci88 actively enforces this requirement and may request age verification documentation at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You represent that you have independently assessed the legal status of online gambling in your country or territory of residence.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are not under guardianship, curatorship, or any other legal incapacity.
• Not a Politically Exposed Person: You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under applicable anti-money laundering frameworks, or if you are, you have disclosed this to Sukacuci88 prior to or at registration.
• Self-Exclusion: You are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from Sukacuci88 or any recognised gambling exclusion programme.

Sukacuci88 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Misrepresentation of eligibility at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

To access the full range of Sukacuci88 Services, including the ability to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds, you must create a registered Account. By completing the registration process, you agree to the following obligations:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number (MyKad or equivalent), and a valid email address.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• You will create only one (1) Account per individual. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension.
• You will keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials confidential. You must notify Sukacuci88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Sukacuci88 is required to verify your identity in accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. You will be required to submit:

• A clear photograph of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) — both front and back — or equivalent government-issued photo identification.
• A recent selfie photograph holding your identification document.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your registered e-wallet account or bank account statement).
• Such additional documentation as Sukacuci88 may reasonably request in connection with the processing of high-value transactions or AML compliance obligations.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by Sukacuci88 may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold. KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Sukacuci88 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Services for lawful entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content, software, or materials available on the Platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, extract, or interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised by Sukacuci88.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any software underlying the Platform.
• Access the Platform for commercial purposes, including without limitation operating a betting syndicate, providing odds comparison data, or aggregating player activity for third-party commercial use.

Sukacuci88 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or restrict access to the Platform or any feature thereof for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

Sukacuci88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Malaysian members: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating banks), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited within 60 seconds of successful authorisation. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Sukacuci88 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Sukacuci88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposit by the Account holder, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.
• E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes following approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on interbank processing schedules.
• Sukacuci88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirement applicable to the relevant promotion before they may be withdrawn.

Sukacuci88 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. Sukacuci88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any member from promotional offers without cause.
• Wagering Requirement: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier is stated in the terms of each promotion. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in qualifying wagers before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses are valid for a defined period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonuses and associated wagering requirements lapse upon expiry.
• Abuse & Fraud: Sukacuci88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: exploiting promotions through coordinated play, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, and any other behaviour determined by Sukacuci88 to constitute abuse. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus balances forfeited.
• No Cash Equivalent: Bonuses have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements and may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Sukacuci88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under another individual's identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate game or sporting event outcomes.
• Using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or other automated system to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Attempting to access, probe, or compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform's servers, databases, or communication systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that Sukacuci88, in its sole discretion, determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or the experience of other members.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to use your Account or any payment method linked to your Account to access the Platform.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, designs, graphics, and other intellectual property available on or through the Sukacuci88 Platform (collectively, "Content") are owned by or licensed to Sukacuci88 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and view the Content solely for the purpose of using the Services in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any Content without the express prior written consent of Sukacuci88.

Game titles, artwork, and associated software are the property of their respective licensed game studios and are used under licence. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is a violation of third-party intellectual property rights and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sukacuci88 (including its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Services due to technical issues, maintenance, or events outside Sukacuci88's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided on the Platform, including game RTP figures, odds, and promotional materials.
• Loss or corruption of data associated with your Account or transaction history.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Sukacuci88's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sukacuci88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sukacuci88 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm to the Platform or its members.

Malaysian users acknowledge that Malaysian courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from their use of the Platform. By registering an Account, you expressly waive any right to bring legal proceedings against Sukacuci88 in Malaysian courts and agree to the dispute resolution mechanism set out in this clause.

Sukacuci88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice, other than as required by applicable law or our licensing obligations. The most current version of these Terms will be published on this page with the effective date displayed at the top of the document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and request account closure through our support team.
